We had a great day in Champaign to celebrate my dad's 150th straight Illini home football game. The day consisted of a celebratory tailgate, a personalized signed message from the coach, a shout-out on the radio, watching part of the game on the field with his family, and an Illini victory. Congrats, Dad!

Beautiful day for an Ironman

We had a beautiful day in Madison supporting our good friend Dave Murphy in his first Ironman. It started in the early morning on Lake Monona and ended with an amazing finish on the capital. 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking, and 26.2 miles of running later, Dave was an official Ironman. Congrats, Dave!

we camped across the river from where Lewis and Clark camped in 1804.  we met with Fish and Wildlife rangers and Missouri River Relief volunteers.  we toured a hatchery and hiked miles of levees through protected wetlands.
